Painting is all about structure, observation and experimentation with colors in a composition.

Emphasis will be on the importance of dominance in value, texture and color. We will cover various paint applications, brush work, and the use of a palette knife. This class will give students the foundation for more enjoyment out of painting.

Class size: Minimum - 2, Maximum - 5
Open to all levels
Medium: Acrylics/Oil
Pimary Colors: Blue, Red & Yellow
Secondary Colors: Green, Orange & Purple
Black, White, Crimson, Magenta & Sap Green

Students bring their supplies: canvas, paint, brushes,
canvas papers and paper towel or rag.
